Unique Qualifications: I have volunteered for 6 months for Legal Aid in their Unlawful Detainer Clinic and have received 2 awards for that. I am a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys and a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. I have filed numerous Unlawful Detainer actions and in addition I have done numerous bankruptcy cases in Chapter 7 as well as Chapter 13.

Brief Biography: I went to college at Fairfield University and transferred to the University of Denver where I received a B.A. in Psychology. For 2 more years I then studied International Studies at the graduate level before I opened a painting business. I then moved to southern California and became a licensed contractor before I entered law school in 1994 at the California Western School of Law. After graduating with a Justice Degree I opened a retail furniture business which I later closed so I could take the bar exam. After passing, I then opened this practice in 2002. Since then I have done numerous evictions for landlords and numerous bankruptcies for clients.
